Built from inside the payer back office.

Lumiknox was incorporated in Delaware in early 2024 by a team that had previously led risk-adjustment operations at two top-ten national health plans and built HEDIS engines for three regional Blue Cross licensees. We saw two things at once: the BPO model was tired, and the “AI-only” model was naïve.

Our answer is a hybrid operating model — credentialed clinical reviewers and certified coders on the front line, supported by a stack of supervised agents that handle the deterministic 70% of work and escalate the rest. The result is faster turnaround, lower per-chart cost, and accuracy that holds up under RADV-grade scrutiny.
