Last updated: May 24, 2026. These terms govern use of the Lumiknox public website. Service engagements are governed by separately executed Master Services Agreements and Business Associate Agreements.
By accessing or using lumiknox.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Lumiknox, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. Inquiries to hello@lumiknox.com.
You may use the Site for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You agree not to: attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; transmit malware, scrape at unreasonable rates, or interfere with the Site’s operation; reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Site; or submit knowingly false information through any form.
The free 50-chart pilot is offered at Lumiknox’s discretion to qualified prospective clients. Eligibility, scope, and timing are subject to mutual scoping. PHI exchange under the pilot requires an executed Business Associate Agreement. Pilot deliverables are provided to the requesting organization for internal use; Lumiknox retains anonymized accuracy metrics for internal benchmarking.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Lumiknox mark, design elements, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Lumiknox and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for ordinary informational consumption.
Information submitted through Site forms is governed by the Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Do not submit PHI, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or other sensitive personal data through public Site forms.
The Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not legal, regulatory, clinical, or actuarial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumiknox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Lumiknox’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD).
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Lumiknox does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
