Request & Scope

You submit the form below. We respond within 4 business hours to confirm scope, sign a mutual NDA, and execute a BAA if PHI is in play.

DAY 0–1

Secure Chart Transfer

You upload 50 de-identified or BAA-protected charts to our HITRUST-aligned secure transfer portal. We acknowledge receipt within 30 minutes.

DAY 1–2

Coding & Review

Charts are coded by CRC/CCS-credentialed reviewers, with second-level QA. Discrepancies against your baseline are documented and reasoned.

DAY 2

Findings Delivered

You receive a 12–15 slide executive summary, a per-chart delta workbook, and a recovery projection extrapolated to your annual volume.

What You Get Back

A real document, not a sales pitch.

Pilot deliverables are signed by our Chief Clinical Officer and are usable internally as a vendor comparison artifact. You own the work product. We retain only an anonymized aggregate of accuracy metrics for our own benchmarking.
